O lado bom!

I am sure that, most of you, readers of my blog, know sum.

Look carefully the numbers that are in those containers of “nutritious food”!

Take care, of the special form the “energy value” (CALORIES - Kcal) and the value of total fat and saturated fat. It is unbelieveble to see how much calories and fats there in feed for all! And it is not all, but the food quality that we have.

I would like to declare here, in my blog, these pictures were taken of packaging which I ate by myself in Mac Donald’s. Big Taste and Fries, medium size.

Still lacked the energy value of the Coke 500ml. (a pint!) but I know of to be 361kcal per 200ml, it means, 902kcal!!!!

Make this accounts and, after that, check it out  the details what is written bellow in the tables that I put.

It is not a campain against Mac Donald's. I just wanted alert you about the dangerous that comes from fast food!

Tenho certeza que a maioria dos leitores deste blog sabem somar.

Vejam com atenção os números que estão nas embalagens deste "nutritivo" alimento!

Cuidem de forma especial o Valor energético (CALORIAS - Kcal) e o valor de Gorduras Totais e Saturadas.É impressionante ver essa quantidade de calorias e de gorduras na alimentação de todos! Não só isso, mas a QUALIDADE da alimentação que temos.
Gostaria de declarar aqui, neste blog, que estas fotos foram tiradas de embalagens que eu mesmo consumi no MacDonald's. Big Tasty e Fritas média.
Ainda faltou o valor energético do Refrigerante Coca-Cola 500ml (MEIO LITRO!) mas que eu sei ser de 361 kcal por 200ml, ou seja, 902 kcal!!!!!!!!!!
Façam essa conta e depois verifiquem o "detalhe" que está escrito abaixo das tabelas que coloquei.
Está não é uma campanha contra o Mac Donald's, mas um alerta para os perigos que vem do  fast food!
